We currently ship Australia wide. 

Standard and Express shipping available, shipping fee will be calculated at check out. 

Click and collect available.

For large/bulk items please contact for a quote on delivery.

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 1 business day to process it for delivery. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Click and Collect

NewGen offers a Click & Collect service, free of charge. You will be notified by email as soon as your order is ready for collection and then you call or email to book an appointment for collection. 

You are required to bring your order confirmation email and a form of identification. 

If you require your order to be collected on your behalf, your nominated person will need to provide:

  • A copy of the order confirmation email 
  • A note signed by you, detailing who will be collecting the order on your behalf 
  • Their own photo ID to match the approved name for collection

Shipping costs are based on the weight and dimensions of the package and the distance between our location and yours. Shipping costs are calculated based on our rates with the courier. If you want a shipping cost estimate, simply proceed to checkout and there is a link in the shipping section to get an estimated shipping cost without providing any personal information.
