No Exchanges or Refunds: Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds for any items purchased, other than those that are deemed damaged or faulty.
As a customer, it is your responsibility to conduct your own product research before making a purchase. If you require additional information on our products, please contact our team before making a purchase.

Assessment Process:
To start the process, please send us an email with the following information:
⦁    Your name
⦁    Order number
⦁    The issue (faulty product)
⦁    A photo 
All requests for exchanges will be assessed to determine if the item qualifies as faulty. 
We will review the issue and, if approved, provide instructions for the exchange process.
Exchanges are accepted only on faulty items that is unused and that remain in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for the postage costs associated with exchanging faulty items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
