We currently ship Australia wide.
Please contact us with your delivery address for a shipping quote.
Standard and Express shipping available
Click and collect available.
For shipping outside of Australia please reach out to our support team on the contact page.
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Click and Collect
NewGen offers a Click & Collect service, free of charge. You will be notified by email as soon as your order is ready for collection and then you call or email to book an appointment for collection.
You are required to bring your order confirmation email and a form of identification.
If you require your order to be collected on your behalf, your nominated person will need to provide:
- A copy of the order confirmation email
- A note signed by you, detailing who will be collecting the order on your behalf
- Their own photo ID to match the approved name for collection
